1. Write down three things you have achieved at the end of each day (no matter how small)
2. Find quotes that make you feel good and stick them up in your room
3. Make a list of what makes you happy
4. Talk to someone when something is getting you down
5. If you are in a situation that is making you unhappy make an action plan in order to change it
6. Watch your favourite inspirational film 
7. Go for a walk to clear you head 
8. Tell yourself you are going to have a good day
9. Create a #positiveibes board on Pintrest and fill it with things that inspire you
10. Work towards mini goals all the time and reward yourself when you complete one
11. Have a relaxing bath with all your favourite Lush goodies
12. Snuggle up with a good book
13. Retail therapy
14. Challenge yourself to be the best version of yourself everyday
15. Realise that all of us will feel down from time to time, recognise this and work to move past it.
